The Outlets of Maui

A major exterior facelift to this 25 year old shopping center was completed in record time along with tenant improvements for 20 new retail outlet stores, many of them national brands. Our work created the world’s only oceanfront outlet shopping center in a federal historic district and included all new storefronts, entry canopies, new LED exterior lighting, landscaping lighting, 36,000 sq. ft. of interior floor level modifications, 21,000 sq. ft. of exterior sidewalk, electrical and mechanical system upgrades, level changes, 18,000 sq. ft. of new landscaping, and extensive mechanical and electrical upgrades. All of this was completed without impacting the existing restaurants and shops.
