Safeway

Laulani Village Shopping Center, 91-1119 Keaunui Drive, Ewa Beach, Hawaii

This Safeway is the signature store as Ewa Beach’s new Laulani Shopping Center. The store is 65,000 sq. ft. constructed with concrete tilt-up walls and a steel truss joist roof covered with a Sarnafil membrane roofing system. Store includes a full service deli, bakery, sushi bar, meat department, pharmacy, Starbucks coffee shop and a Bank of Hawaii. The exterior construction was finished with a combination of painted concrete walls and EFIS plaster, trimmed out with stone veneer columns and walls.
