Renovation of a 25-year-old shopping center, including tenant improvements for 20 new retail outlet stores and a major exterior facelift completed while existing restaurants and shops remained operational. Improvements included new storefronts and entry canopies, LED and landscape lighting, interior floor level modifications, exterior sidewalks, landscaping, and extensive mechanical and electrical upgrades.
