In 2025, Uncle Paul’s Corner Store received the Shop Award at the Hoohuli Awards, which celebrate outstanding commercial interior design in Hawaii. In collaboration with Next Design, Honolulu Builders helped bring the 982-square-foot space at Manoa Marketplace to life with natural wood and concrete finishes, an industrial-inspired aesthetic, and a repurposed bank vault transformed into a private lounge.
