Cheeseburger in Paradise

Expanded the restaurant by 1,620 square feet with an adjacent ocean-facing bar, a large media wall, and a new restroom, along with a 1,000-square-foot prep kitchen addition. The project also included renovation of 3,700 square feet of existing space, with upgrades to HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, lighting, and finishes throughout.
