Construction began on August 7, 2026, on a new affordable housing development at 1518 Miller Street in Moiliili. The ground-up project will feature a three-story residential building with 27 affordable units, including 25 one-bedroom units and two studio units.
The project team includes Interlock Architects, Fergus Brothers LLC, and Honolulu Builders.
