Cheeseburger in Paradise

Expanded restaurant space by adding 1620 square feet of adjacent space consisting of ocean facing bar with large media wall and one new restroom. Built a new 1000 square foot prep kitchen and replaced most finishes throughout entire restaurant (another 3700 square feet for a total of 6300 square feet). Upgraded all HVAC, replaced all underground plumbing and replaced entire electrical distribution, lighting and subpanels.
