Arancino at the Kahala
This tenant improvement was a design assist project which included the renovation of 1503 square feet of exterior dining and 1422 total square feet of interior space. The new interior work included a functioning display kitchen, a prep kitchen, a high vaulted ceiling private dining area, an office and a bar. All work entailed with the improvements were selective demolition, the use of structural concrete and steel, plumbing, fire suppression system, electrical, air conditioning and Architectural finishes.
