Renovation of an existing warehouse, including a new metal roof, wall panels, roll-up doors, louvers, and upgraded mechanical and electrical systems. The project also included construction of two new pre-engineered buildings with loading docks, mezzanine, and office space, along with site grading, retaining walls, drainage, new utility services, and a fiber-reinforced concrete driveway.
