Renovation of an existing 21,600 SF warehouse including new metal roof and wall panels, roll-up doors, louvers, mechanical and electrical systems. Construction of a new pre-engineered 25,118 SF West Building and 20,334 SF West Building with loading docks, mezzanine and office space. Site grading, retaining walls, drainage system, new water and electrical service, 125,000 SF 8” fiber reinforced concrete driveway.
